I was referred to Green Light Garage by a previous employee. Which he said he would still work there, but he needed a job closer to his home. Ken and his work was highly complimented by this previous employee, and I can see why. From Mandy the front receptionist, to Ken, to other employees, to how the garage looks everything is top notch there! Ken is very friendly, greets you when you walk in the door. He explained thoroughly the problems and how much it would cost. Mandy is very friendly also and even if they are super busy she will see if the vehicle can at least be looked at. I was even impressed that one of the other employees came into the lobby to get a drink of water and greeted me, you don’t see that too often at a garage! I’m very happy and satisfied with how they treated my Murano! I will be going back to them for sure just even for regular maintenance, and will be referring others! I cannot speak highly enough about the dedication and level of customer service Ken and his shop display and exercise towards Customers. My father-in-law lives in Portland OR and needs a replacement transmission. Even though Ken and his shop are not doing the work, Ken went out of his way to search and find a few transmissions available for my father-in-law’s Volvo in OR and provide a number of different places who had a transmission. I saw Ken’s ad in the All Saint’s Catholic Church bulletin and decided to give him a try a couple of months ago and was I glad I did. This guy knows his stuff! May 1st was the third time I brought my car in to him with an intermittent problem that had been going on for a couple of years that no one was able to diagnose. I even took it to one of the best garages in the East Valley. It was cutting out, bucking and stalling. I told him he was my last hope and he didn’t disappoint. It didn’t take Ken long before he found the problem. I am not taking my cars anywhere else. Not only is he the best around, he takes the time to listen to you, is genuinely concerned about how you are treated and that you are satisfied with his work.
