I saw Ken’s ad in the All Saint’s Catholic Church bulletin and decided to give him a try a couple of months ago and was I glad I did. This guy knows his stuff! May 1st was the third time I brought my car in to him with an intermittent problem that had been going on for a couple of years that no one was able to diagnose. I even took it to one of the best garages in the East Valley. It was cutting out, bucking and stalling. I told him he was my last hope and he didn’t disappoint. It didn’t take Ken long before he found the problem. I am not taking my cars anywhere else. Not only is he the best around, he takes the time to listen to you, is genuinely concerned about how you are treated and that you are satisfied with his work. First of all this is the CLEANEST mechanic shop I have ever been in (don’t tell my brother who owns a garage in another state). haha. I brought my Lexus in because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Ken was able to diagnosis immediately. Since I was there I had them change my oil and check everything. I thought I needed new shocks however it was struts. I have taken my car on two long distance trips since the repairs and it is running and driving great…and I have working air conditioning. Mandy has been very helpful with scheduling my appointment and was gracious while I worked from their waiting area. I was able to get on their complimentary internet and work while waiting. I have to mention that in the waiting area they have cloth covered chairs and they are so clean with no stains. The cleanliness and the quality customer service will keep me coming back. Took my Yukon to Ken at Green Light for routine fluids/maintenance. He discovered that one of my tires had worn really bad. We decided it would be best to replace all the tires. While doing so, he also discovered that one of the wheels was bent. Ken ordered a new rim right away. I couldn’t be happier with the new ride the tires have given me.
