I cannot speak highly enough about the dedication and level of customer service Ken and his shop display and exercise towards Customers. My father-in-law lives in Portland OR and needs a replacement transmission. Even though Ken and his shop are not doing the work, Ken went out of his way to search and find a few transmissions available for my father-in-law’s Volvo in OR and provide a number of different places who had a transmission.
