Scheduled service by email/online my Silverado for Oil & Filter Change with full synthetic oil to get more miles between oil changes, tire rotation, and get a Vehicle Health Report where they check about 46 items for wear & tear. I get a text of the results including pictures and recommendations whether service is need today or I can plan for it down the road to fit it into my budget for bigger repairs as needed. I brought my car to Ken’s garage for an inspection. Several items to fix were found. Ken and his staff was very clear about the timeline in which the items could be repaired. I was up against my own timeline which I made known to Ken. While doing the repairs an issue arose that expanded Ken’s initial time line.
