Ken provided a thorough inspection with specific details and photos of all issues with my old Toyota. The report was sent to my my phone promptly while the car was still in the shop. It could be overwhelming to see a long list of issues but they are prioritized from minor to urgent. I will return to take care of my greater safety concerns next week.
