When making an estimate, Ken always explains what needs to be done currently and what can be done at a later time. Ken and the gentlemen at Green Light Garage do a phenomenal job regarding quality, honesty, and integrity for any automotive repair needed. I have brought my car in several times and Ken and his amazing team always go above and beyond my expectations regarding service. Case in point, My car had issues regarding shocks and struts. Ken took the time to investigate what was wrong and noticed that he was the one who repaired the shocks. He noticed they were still under factory warranty and was able to get the shocks/struts repaired under warranty. We moved to Mesa, from Phoenix, in 2012 and although I hated to give up my old garage, it’s just too far to drive for service. I checked Garagefly.com when my former service manager told me that was a good place to start and Green Light Garage had really good reviews, plus it was close to our home, too. I went in for an oil change to see how things looked and I was totally impressed. Everything was immaculate and the owner was personable, to the point and honest about what my car needed. I went back last week for more major service and there were no surprises at all. The price was right on the estimate and they even brought me home, then came back to get me so I wouldn’t need to wait at the shop. When I got the car they had detailed it, too. These guys are great and I won’t take my cars anywhere else now.
