We have had two cars repaired by Ken. He has done a total of six repairs on our cars. His initial estimate of the repair costs were less than those of the auto dealers. He did the work on time. When making an estimate, Ken always explains what needs to be done currently and what can be done at a later time. We find him to be honest in his estimates and his work on our cars has been the highest quality.
