Wiper blades were ripped and wanted to get them replaced ASAP since we are in monsoon season. Called the shop and Mandy said to drop by in the afternoon and they would take care of it. I recently had my truck in (156,000 miles) for a regular oil change. Ken also checks truck over to make sure everything is running smoothly. He let me know that a shaft seal would soon need to be replaced, but was fine for now, and included a cost estimate. This visit was to replace that seal. It cost exactly what he had previously quoted! His friendly, honest expertise helps keep my truck running in top condition. Called Ken late in the day for what I suspected a dead alternator. I arrived the next morning he tested it, confirmed alternator was dead and he could get it done that day. I left the car, as he said it would take most of the day. He replaced the serpentine belt as it was the original belt for just parts cost as the belt had to come off anyway due to the alternator replacement.
