Honesty and a clean shop. I have a newer Mini that requires proprietary diagnostic software, which they have! Ken had my car for a few hours and unfortunately couldn't reproduce the problem I was experiencing. So he cleared the error codes, filled up my tires (which where low when I brought it in) and I was back on the road at no charge. Looking forward to paying them the next time I bring my car in.
