I brought my car to Ken’s garage for an inspection. Several items to fix were found. Ken and his staff was very clear about the timeline in which the items could be repaired. I was up against my own timeline which I made known to Ken. While doing the repairs an issue arose that expanded Ken’s initial time line. Not only did he and his staff keep me updated on the process, they stayed late on the day before a holiday to complete the job.
