Ken was very nice, thorough, and explained everything as well as the charges that would occur before he completed any work. Most repair shops don’t, they just stick you with a huge bill. Wiper blades were ripped and wanted to get them replaced ASAP since we are in monsoon season. Called the shop and Mandy said to drop by in the afternoon and they would take care of it.
