First of all this is the CLEANEST mechanic shop I have ever been in (don’t tell my brother who owns a garage in another state). haha. I brought my Lexus in because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Ken was able to diagnosis immediately. Since I was there I had them change my oil and check everything. I thought I needed new shocks however it was struts. I have taken my car on two long distance trips since the repairs and it is running and driving great…and I have working air conditioning. Mandy has been very helpful with scheduling my appointment and was gracious while I worked from their waiting area. I was able to get on their complimentary internet and work while waiting. I have to mention that in the waiting area they have cloth covered chairs and they are so clean with no stains. The cleanliness and the quality customer service will keep me coming back.
